PARALLEL INTERFERENCE CANCELLATION DETECTOR REMOVING MULTI-USER INTERFERENCE USING REFERENCE P-N CODE

PURPOSE: A parallel interference cancellation detector removing multi-user interference using a reference P-N(Pseudo-Noise) code is provided to increase the capacity of a system by effectively removing multi-user interference in the CDMA system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of matched filtering units(10) output various users's signals, carrying out matched-filtering for receiving signals using the users's PN codes. A reference matched filtering unit(20) outputs multi-user interference signals using a reference PN code which is orthogonal to the various users' PN codes. A temporary interference cancellation unit(30) removes interference, carrying out subtraction operation for the multi-user interference signals outputted from the reference matched filtering unit(20). A delay unit(40) delays and outputs the receiving signals. A parallel interference cancellation unit(50) regenerates and subtracts undesired other user's signals from the receiving signals inputted from the delay unit(40) and determines and outputs user signals.
