EXAMINATION METHOD OF GLASS PRODUCT FOR TV SET AND PC AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An examination method of glass product of a TV set and a personal computer and liquid crystal display is provided, to improve the examination efficiency and to reduce the cost by automation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of sensing the upper surface the delivered product in stationary state by using a camera, discriminating the inferiority and taking the inferior product out of; sensing four corners of the product determined to be good by using four cameras, discriminating the inferiority and taking the inferior product out of; sensing the both faces in length direction and bottom face of the product determined to be good by using two cameras placed in the both sides and two cameras placed in the bottom, discriminating the inferiority and taking the inferior product out of; and rotating the product determined to be good by 90 degree, sensing the both faces in length direction and bottom face of the product determined to be good by using two cameras placed in the both sides and two cameras placed in the bottom, discriminating the inferiority and taking the inferior product out of.
