A series of mixed esters and amides of this particular phenyl xanthine derivatives inhibits human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) expression of adhesion molecules in the monolayer at a very low concentration, and thus suggesting that it can be used for the inflammatory diseases and immune or more of treatment.
