PURPOSE: A target advertisement marketing method using a homepage program capable of linking/unlinking internet sites is provided for implementing a target marketing by continuously providing a proper advertisement to each member at an upper portion of a home page. CONSTITUTION: The present invention is directed to providing an actual and convenient internet use to members. In the parent site, an accurate and effective advertisement marketing is implemented with respect to the members. It is possible to check each member who is connected with an internet from the parent site to a certain site. The advertisement box displayed on an upper portion of the home page is always displayed thereon even when the member of the rectangular box is moved to anywhere.
