PURPOSE: A virtual company and e-marketplace operation method for managing a model and an entertainer is provided to register the preparatory entertainer and the model, and plan a specific event for allowing the registered model and the entertainer to participate in the event over the internet. CONSTITUTION: A virtual company and e-marketplace operation method comprises steps of offering an activity of an entertainer and a model, and planning a specific event(S10), allowing SOHO companies or persons to participate in the event(S20), establishing a virtual company proceeding the event and listing the virtual company in a virtual stock market(S30), transacting the project over the internet by an auction or a contract method(S40), and distributing a profit from the planned project to the participated SOHO companies by a distribution ratio(S50).
