Microstrip Sub-Array Antenna with Triangular Lattice for DBS

PURPOSE: A micro strip arrangement antenna is provided to minimize an affect to a radiation pattern owing to radiation from a feeder by arranging three micro strip rectangular patch antennas in a triangle lattice shape. CONSTITUTION: A micro strip arrangement antenna comprises a micro strip reference element(4) and two micro strip rotary elements(5,6). The micro strip rotary elements(5,6) are physically rotated 120 deg. and 140 deg. on the basis of the micro strip reference element(4), respectively. A phase of a feeding signal from a feeding point(1) is delayed 120 deg. using a lambda/3 delay line(2), so as to correspond to the physical rotation degree of the micro strip rotation element(5). The phase of the feeding signal is delayed 120 deg. from a feeding point of the element(5) using a lambda/3 delay line(3), and is supplied to the micro strip rotation element(6).
