PURPOSE: A target advertisement method using explorer bar on the internet is provided to increase advertisement effect by setting a correct target, and to supply a user with the information and the service that can be substantially helpful for the user via a banner, without causing any inconvenience to the user in web surfing. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement database is established by an advertisement page, the data of the target customers, and the information of a uniform resource locator(URL) where the advertisement is loaded(S101). A user database is made(S102). An icon for controlling the program is created in a web browser control box area of the user(S104). When the icon is clicked, a login window is displayed(S105). A banner zone and a link to the latest news is shown(S106). The user can enjoy web surfing apart from the banner zone and the link(S107). If the user accesses a predetermined web site(S108), it is checked whether the user belongs to a target group(S109). If the user belongs thereto, the banner advertisement, the points the user can obtains and the details of the advertisement are displayed in the created banner zone(S110).
