PURPOSE: An internet electronic commerce payment method using dual credit card issuance method is provided to prevent the exposure of one's credit card and information to others and to safely use the card on the internet by limiting the use of supplementary credit card in a shopping mall site to once. CONSTITUTION: An internet electronic commerce payment method using dual credit card issuance method is composed of connection, selection, balance transfer, and payment. A credit card member, who posses the major and the supplementary credit card(S101), connects to the internet shopping mall site(S102,S103), and selects a product by searching the diverse product purchase information(S104). The member connects the credit card issuance company's computation system with a wired and wireless telephone, inputs the major credit card's member number and other information in the automatic response system, and receives confirmation that transfers the payment amount to the supplementary credit card(S105). The member inputs the supplementary credit card's membership number and other information in the shopping mall site's payment line and pays for the balance(S106). The payment information is stored in the DB(S107).
