PURPOSE: An internet based advertisement brokerage method that exposes banner advertisement in pop-up window is provided to maximize the advertisement effect by exposing the banner advertisement to the user regardless of the user's intentions, to supply a method for connecting the advertiser and the advertisement medium by using the internet's interactive characteristic, to fully exercise the advertiser's authority, and to adjust the advertisement fee to correspond to the advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: An internet based advertisement brokerage method that exposes banner advertisement in pop-up window is composed of registration, selection, advertisement, and payment. A webmaster who wishes to supply advertisement's on one's website registers as a user. The webmaster logs in to the member's menu, confirms the selected options, and selects the advertiser one wishes to link to the web page by using the advertisement selection option. The webmaster receives the advertiser's reply and inserts the advertisement if one likes the final advertisement conditions. The advertisement fee is paid in accordance to the advertisement performance statistics. Once the accumulated advertisement payment exceeds a specific amount, the transfer request is made to the broker.
