METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VOICE REGISTER USING SPEAKER INDEPENDENT VOICE RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY

PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to enable a user to handle a voice recognition function by inputting words using a keypad without a voice training process. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a phone number and a word through an input unit(14) and a controller(16) stores the number and the word in a storage(12). The word is transferred to a server(20) after fitted with a data communication standard. The server extracts the voice peculiarity parameter of the word by a parameter extractor(23) for a speaker independent variable word peculiarity. The parameter is transmitted to the user. A voice recognition telephone(10) stores the voice peculiarity parameter from the server in the storage after fitting the parameter with the stored word.
