PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing and registering contents file combined with a banner file and a method for providing the contents file to a user on the internet are provided to manufacture a contents file combined with more than a banner file which can be executed separately and independently and to store and register the combined file in a directory on a homepage. CONSTITUTION: A contents file is to be manufactured(202). At least one banner file is to be manufactured(204). The contents file and at least one banner file are combined into a file having a specific form(206). A contents file combined with at least one banner file having a form that the contents file and at least one banner file can be executed independently when the combined file is executed is to be manufactured(208). The manufactured contents file combined with at least one banner file is stored and registered in the directory(memory) of a service providing company(210).
