The tackifier content to produce a two or more different acrylic monomer dispersion. After polymerization on one of the acrylic monomer dispersion liquid, followed by polymerization by adding the other here, to obtain an acrylic emulsion. When the tackifier content of the polymerization of acrylic monomers to the low dispersion, a high molecular weight acrylic polymer is obtained. When polymerizing a tackifier acrylate monomer content of the dispersion it is high, a tackifying agent is applied to the acrylic polymer. Accordingly, the holding power and adhesion of the acrylic emulsion is improved.
