PURPOSE: Arsenic hexaoxide as a natural chemical substance separated and purified from a natural product, Sinsuk, their use as an anti-tumor agent and a pharmaceutical composition thereof are provided. Therefore, the substance has excellent anti-tumor effect. CONSTITUTION: This arsenic hexaoxide (As4O6) is obtained from Sinsuk(Korean mineral name) after eliminating the toxic property, has a potent anti-cancer efficacy by its direct cytotoxicity on tumor cells and suppresses the formation of new blood vessels of tumor masses, which results in complete cure of malignant cancers.
