Online Escrow Payment System and its Operating Methods through Bank Account Transfer for B2B e-Commerce

PURPOSE: An online investment payment system of a bank account remittance in B2B EC(electronic commerce) and the method for operating the system, are provided to increase the reliability and the stability of the EC, by guaranteeing the delivery of a product and the payment for the product to the persons concerned with the EC. CONSTITUTION: A payment agent bank(10) is connected to allied banks(20,30,40) and an allied web site(50) via a network. The bank(10) establishes trust accounts(10a,10b,10c), and connects them real transaction accounts(20,30,40). The information of a seller(60), a buyer(60) and a service provider(80), included in a server for the allied web site(50), is supplied to the server for the bank(10), and thereby used for setting the trust accounts(10a,10b,10c). The signal transmission for the payment of products is possible only via the online network between the bank(10) and the allied web site(50).
