METHOD FOR CULTURING PEARL IN ABALONE WITH SEED NUCLEUS

PURPOSE: A method cuts the mantle of the abalone to produce a base for implanting a seed nucleus and a piece of the mantle cutting on it for the nucleus to collect pearl substance secreted from the mantle and grow larger. CONSTITUTION: The base for implantation of the pearl nucleus is produced on the backside of the breathing hole in the mantle; and the pearl nucleus is produced in a common pearl oyster, while the piece of the mantle is produced by crushing a cut piece of the mantle to extract the upper skin tissue by separation with a centrifugal machine.
