PURPOSE: A jelly non-filled type optical fiber loose tube is provided to manufacture an optical fiber tube by using a super absorbant polymer instead of a filled type jelly. CONSTITUTION: A jelly non-filled type optical fiber loose tube comprises a tube, an optical fiber, and a waterproof member(4). The optical fiber is located within the tube. The waterproof member(4) uses a super absorbant polymer in which is not filled with a jelly. The waterproof member(4) is wired with the optical fiber. The wired the waterproof member(4) and the optical fiber are inserted into the tube. The waterproof member(4) comprises a waterproof bar formed with the super absorbant polymer.
