PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR CONTROLLING TRANSFORMATION OF HETEROGENEOUS FUNGI AND CONTROLLING PROCESS FOR TRANSFORMATION OF HETEROGENEOUS FUNGI USING SAME

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for controlling transformation of heterogeneous fungi and a controlling process for transformation of heterogeneous fungi using same are provided, which improves infections by heterogeneous fungi effectively. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of pharmaceutical composition for controlling transformation of heterogeneous fungi comprises: preparing culturing extract powder of Candida albicans; adding the dried powder to methanol while stirring, and dissolving for 1-2hrs and filtering to remove non-soluble materials; concentrating under decompression the methanol fraction to get powder; adding the powder to water while stirring, and adding 2times of hexane and fractionizing; concentrating under decompression, and drying to get oily compound; dissolving the compound in 90% acetonitril and separating; processing the secondary high-speed liquid chromatography; concentrating the active fractions, and drying to get oily pure transformed control substances; and analyzing the transformed control substances using spectroscopic method.
