PURPOSE: A reversible (isentropic) starting system of multistage double-headed turbine of fluid circulation type is provided to obtain a nonpolluting energy by a simple plan according to the principle of a space science without raw material costs. CONSTITUTION: A reversible (isentropic) starting system of multistage double-headed turbine of fluid circulation type includes a storage pump(30) for atmospheric pressure of water, a turbine(50) for recovering most of consumed power of the storage pump through a water pipe(40) without having an influence of air pressure, double-headed turbines(51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58) for converting speed energy and potential energy of water discharged from the turbine into rotational energy, gear type chord wing plates for generating new kinetic energy by colliding falling water of the turbine to projections of the turbine in a zigzag type, means for wrapping more than half of the double-headed turbines and having a space for a smooth operation of the turbines without collision of the turbines, a plurality of holes(80) for exchanging water and discharging air, and a vacuum device(70) for maintaining vacuum condition to facilitate a smooth flow of free falling of water.
