PURPOSE: A seismic isolation execution method using a laminating rubber bearing and a port support is provided to improve the resistance against earthquake on low construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation execution method using a laminating rubber bearing and a port bearing comprises the steps of; placing a laminating rubber bearing (1) on the center of the top end of intermediate piers (P2-P4) excluding end piers (P1, P5) located on the both ends of a bridge to provide restoring force when an earthquake occurs; installing a port bearing (2,3) to improve the damping capacity through upper load support and friction decrement, wherein a port bearing (2) using lubricating oil and a port bearing (3) without using lubricating oil are used simultaneously and placed to have the average coefficient of friction of 3-8 percentage.
