PURPOSE: A method for batting in motorboat race by real-time through the internet broadcast and a system therefor are to provide various information for a motorboat race and a real-time internet broadcast to users through the internet so that they can participate in the motorboat race on the internet and receive a dividend through betting. CONSTITUTION: Users access an internet site, providing information about a motorboat race, through the internet(S20). The users read motorboat race information(S22) and determine whether they will bet(S24). If the users determine to bet, they select a rider type(S26). If the rider type is selected, the users select racers for betting(S28). If they start betting, relevant money is automatically transferred and settled from their accounts(S30). The corresponding race situation is relayed through the internet(S32). If the race is finalized and ranking is determined, dividends are payed to their accounts according to a racing result, betting money and dividend rates(S34,S36).
