METHOD FOR DEVELOPING AND MANAGING CHILL PROGRAM IN SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A CCITT high level language(CHILL) program developing and managing method is provided to minimize a memory access and a branch instruction by setting a branch table with a global constant variable at a global memory region and returning an index number to a system-received signal. CONSTITUTION: A method is described which is to develop and manage a CHILL program. When converting a receiving case sentence into an object code, a signal list with the received signals is declared as a global constant variable(S421). A code is generated which is to transfer an address of a signal list as a factor of a signal receiving(S422). A branch table is declared with a global constant variable(S423). A code for branching a working position is made by use of the branch table and an index number of a signal list address returned from a management system(S424). After receiving a signal receiving service call of the management system(S430), a corresponding point to perform a necessary work is detected by analyzing the index number(S440), and a corresponding processing is executed at a branch point(S450).
