DESULFURIZER USING A DEOXIDIZED SLAG AND METHOD FOR DESULFURIZING BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a desulfurizer using a deoxidized slag and a method for desulfurizing using the same, which can recycle a wasted steel slag in large quantities. Therefore, reclamation cost is reduced and environment is prevented from polluting. CONSTITUTION: The desulfurizer contains 5-15wt% of one or more selected from fluorite and carbon, and the rest of the composition is the second refined and deoxidized slag contained 42-52% of CaO, 22-30% of Al2O3, 0.2-1.0% of MnO and 0.3-2.5% of T.Fe. The method is characterized by injecting 10-50kg/ton of the desulfurizer while stirring molten iron by the 60-150rpm with an impeller.
