Preparation of adhesive bonds using carbodiimide-containing dispersions with heat activation

PURPOSE: Adhesion binding through heat activation using a dispersant containing carbodiimide is provided to offer improved binding. CONSTITUTION: The dispersant contains polyurethane having structural unit expressed by Formula 1:-N=C=N-. Material surface is coated with the dispersant(coating I). The dispersant coated on the material is dried to ensure anhydrous coating(coating II). The coating II is thermally activated to obtain coating III. Adhesive compound is bound to the coating III. For the dispersant, the one having tetramethylxylene diisocyanate(TMXDI) polyurethane as the carbodiimide structural unit expressed by the Formula 1.
