PURPOSE: A lattice material is provided to obtain sufficient bonding strength in a crossing part even with respect to a homogenous molecularly oriented plastic rod-like body of a single layer without requiring any additional coating when a high tensile strength/large area lattice material is produced from a plastic rod-like body through a bonding process and to ensure economical productivity without markedly damaging molecular orientation in the crossing part. CONSTITUTION: Homogenous high tensile strength molecularly oriented plastic rod-like bodies of a single layer are used and a large number of crossing parts arranged before and behind as well as left and right mutually are intermittently bonded at the same time by using a vibration bonding method. A vibration bonding apparatus is used in bonding and has a plurality of vibration devices suitable for bonding crossing parts at least at 100 places, preferably, at maximum 500 places at the same time.
