PURPOSE: AN on-off line simulation system for experiencing unmanned paragliding flight is provided to realistically experience fine scenery in the home, in the office, or the PC room by using wireless communication service and satellite mobile communication. CONSTITUTION: The on-off line simulation system for experiencing unmanned paragliding flight by using a wireless communication service(500) such as IMT 2000 and a satellite mobile communication installation(600) such as GMPCS comprises a navigation control operator(100), a land simulation capsule(200a), an on-line simulation mania(200d), a turbo fan(900), and a landing field(400). The navigation control operator consists of a radar(100b), a land control service base(100a-1), and a host server computer(100c). The turbo fan provides an artificial rising current of air(900a). A model pilot(700) wearing a small para-glider(800) takes off in a carrier shuttle(300b) installed at a catapult(300a). A wireless control helicopter(800a) for recovering the para-glider is prepared. The wireless communication service and the satellite mobile communication installation are constructed between the wireless control helicopters. A shuttle lift(900a) is constructed between the landing field and the take-off place.
