MELAMINE LAMINATING SHEET HAVING SUPERIOR DIMENSIONAL STABILITY AND WARP STABILITY PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A melamine decorative laminate having good dimensional stability and bending stability is provided to improve the rate of dimensional change caused by shrinkage, and to prevent loosing phenomenon and a difference of distance between seams. CONSTITUTION: A melamine decorative laminate consists of a surface protection layer(153), an appearance layer(152), and a core layer(151) successively stacked from the top side thereof. The core layer includes a phenol resin impregnation layer(163), a glass fiber layer(162), and a melamine resin impregnation layer(161). The glass fiber layer has woven type glass fiber having a tex of 11.2-135, and a density of 6-30(warp threads) and 10-36(woof threads), and non-woven type glass fiber. Since the melamine decorative laminate represents good dimensional stability and bending stability, a bottom decorative product manufactured by stacking the melamine decorative laminate also represents good dimensional stability and curling character. Therefore, phenomenon of loosing and a difference of distance between seams are prevented by constructing the bottom decorative product on a floor. A wall body, a table surface product, and a partition by stacking the melamine decorative laminate have no problem regarding to the deformation or distortion caused by heat and humidity.
