PURPOSE: A reinforced earth retaining wall and a slope reinforcing sheet earth stiffener as a simple structure connected mutually is provided to cut down production equipment in a small way and the expenses required on distributing material resources to the maximum, and to accomplish easiness and economical efficiency on engineering works which can heighten safety on main structural works by improving low elongation percentage as physical properties of a stiffener, stiffness and biochemical durability. CONSTITUTION: A stiffener (1) which lays under the reinforced earth of a slope or a retaining wall comprises; a rectangular sheet (20) having a fixed thickness and width; many holes (3) bored to be arranged at the same interval lengthwise and crosswise; a column (41) having higher height than the thickness of the sheet (2) inside a corner of the sheet (2); projected connection parts (4) comprising a head (42), which is formed to the top of the column (41) in one and is larger than the thickness of the column (41) and smaller than the minimum diameter of the hole (3); a bonding hole (5) of a small bottleneck shape which is larger than the thickness of the column (41) of the connection part (4) and smaller than the thickness of the head (42) and is extended, formed in one with the holes (3) bored closely to the other corner of the sheet (2).
