METHOD FOR INTERWORKING DIFFERENT TMN(TELECOMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT NETWORK) MANAGERS IN TMN AGENT

PURPOSE: A method for interworking different telecommunication management network(TMN) managers in a TMN agent is provided to make the TMN agent, in which the different TMN managers perform managing services relating to a time division switching system-asynchronous transfer mode(TDX-ATM) exchange, interwork the different TMN managers by using an expanded managed object and a standard management object, so as to supply a connection management service relating to the different TMN managers in the TMN agent. CONSTITUTION: If a connection management command is received from one of telecommunication management network(TMN) managers(S41), a TMN agent confirms whether a managed object receiving the connection management command is a standard management object such as an ATM fabric or an expanded management object such as an ATM fabric R(replacement)1(S42). If the managed object is the standard management object, the managed object analyzes the received connection management command to confirm whether the connection management command is for a reservation mode(S45). If so, the managed object performs the command by using the expanded managed object(S46). Connection management commands corresponding to each managed object are performed in a time division switching system-ATM(TDX-ATM) exchange, and the TMN agent transmits command execution results to the corresponding TMN managers(S44).
