PURPOSE: A joint bar for a contraction joint of a concrete structure and the joint bar constructing method are provided to reduce the process and a term of construction works as well as construction expenses by forming a contraction joint simultaneous with sealing of a joint bar when molding a concrete structure and to seal a joint bar finely and simply. CONSTITUTION: A constructing method of a joint bar for a contraction joint of a concrete structure comprises the steps of; forming a joint bar by solidifying silicon in a gel state using a form (30) of a corresponding shape to a contraction joint formed on a concrete structure; forming an anchor frame (20), which is buried in a concrete layer and provides fastening force, on both contact surfaces of the joint bar in one with the joint bar; forming an anchor groove (22) which provides fastening force to an anchor frame projection part (21) of the anchor frame (20) projected to the outside of the joint bar and buried in a concrete layer, and an anchor frame embedded part (23) in the joint bar; after supporting the joint bar on an appointed location of a mold form for forming a structure, then concreting to the mold form; after curing and hardening the concrete surface, completing the forming of a contraction joint and the sealing of a joint member simultaneously by removing the mold form.
