JADE-CONTAINED GYPSUM BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A jade-contained gypsum board is provided for use as construction interior materials having characteristics of far-infrared emission, deodorization and sterilization by forming a layer comprising jade and gypsum on the surface or rear of board. Also, the manufacturing method thereof enables the mass production in a low price. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing gypsum slurry comprising 90-97pts.wt. of gypsum, 0.1-10pts.wt. of jade powder(75micrometer), 5-10pts.wt. of gypsum- hardening agent, 0.2-2pts.wt. of starch, 0.1-0.5pts.wt. of fibers and 0.2-2pts.wt. the jade consists of 40-50wt.% of SiO2, 35-45wt.% of MgO, 10-15wt.% of H2O, 0.2wt.% of Fe2O3, 5.0wt.% of CaO, 0.15wt.% of Cu, 0.05wt.% of Co, 0.1wt.% of Mn and 0.01wt.% of Zn; supplying the above slurry between a surface(6) and/or a rear(5) paper and a gypsum body(9), resulting a jade-contained layer(7) having 0.5-2mm of thickness.
