Franchising and Open Competitive Guidance of Electronic Trade

PURPOSE: A method of an electronic trade commercial transaction is provided to support subscribers with an on-line and off-line internet trade service by providing whole function necessary to an internet electronic commercial transaction and off-line commercial transaction to the subscribers. CONSTITUTION: A number of supplier and buyer subscribe to a server for a trade electronic commercial transaction and receive an approval from the server(S1). Information of the supplier and the buyers inputted at the subscription is stored in a DB(Data Base) of the server. The suppliers receive a management program for management of their products and the buyers pass an approval step for access of the DB(S2). After the suppliers installed the management program and the buyers passed the approval, the suppliers and the buyers access the server DB(S3). The suppliers and the buyers search a receipts and payments DB and product data DB for information of cost, quality, competitive power, etc., of products by using search system in the DB(S3-1). An import and export vicarious execution center acts for an importer and an exporter of the buyers and the suppliers respectively(S4). If an export is accomplished, the exporter pays a commission to the server(S5).
