METHOD AND DEVICE TO BLOCK END HEADER OF MOVABLE FORM FOR TUNNEL LINING CONCRETING

PURPOSE: A method and a device to block an end header of a movable form is provided to facilitate repetitive installation and stripping as an end header of a steel form is closed by inflating an air-bag line, so that the water tightness is improved. CONSTITUTION: An end header form(30) consists of a fixed blocking-plate(31) and an air-bag line(32). The fixed blocking-plate is installed from the end header end of a steel slab(11) toward the inside wall of a tunnel. The air-bag line is installed in the space between the header of a form body and an inside wall(4) of the tunnel to close the space, and has an air-bag part. The air-bag line is inflated by the air-bag part. A pneumatic control device is connected to the air-bag part, and fills the air-bag with air or deflates. Several supporting members(33) and supporting member holders(34) are installed at regular intervals, and support the outside of the air-bag line, so that the air-bag line is prevented from being separated to the outside of the end header.
