CONSTITUTION: In a membership operation site, when a person who wants to join as a member or who wants to change information transmits a personal information managing system personal information items such as a name, an address or a registration number, required to be inputted to a personal information managing system to request for providing information, the personal information managing system transmits the personal information corresponding to the personal information item as requested to the Internet site. The Internet site completes the admission of the new member or changing of the member information on the basis of the received personal information, and then transmits information on the site such as the name or the Internet address and the member registration information such as a member ID and a password of the user to the personal information managing system. Then, the information managing system stores the member registration information received from the Internet site. When the personal information of the user is changed, the personal information managing system receives the changed personal information and informs the Internet site of the changed personal information. then, the Internet site changes the member registration information of the user on the basis of the informed information and transmits the changed information to the personal information managing system. Then, the personal information managing system stores the changed information received from the Internet site.
