PURPOSE: A reflect paper is provided to maintain a high reflexibility, to improve a fanciness and to increase a hologram efficiency when using in various display panels by complex-forming a hologram and a micro-prism reflection plane. CONSTITUTION: In a reflection paper complex-forming a hologram plane and a micro-prism reflection plane, a hologram plane(2) is imprinted and formed by a holography on a surface of a transparent thin PVC paper(1). A micro-prism reflection plane(4) having a plurality of a micro-prism shape of concavo-concave planes(3,3') is formed on the other surface of the thin PVC paper. Therefore, the hologram plane and micro-prism reflection plane are complex-formed at once on the transparent PVC paper. When using the reflection paper in a label, a cloth element and a traffic display panel, a recognition is improved.
