PURPOSE: A cage equipped with a hermetically sealed feed box and water box to be detachably and an air circulation structure for pouring air into the inside of a closed type housing attached to a rack system is provided which prevents death from infection during the experiment in a laboratory. CONSTITUTION: A cage for breeding a laboratory animal comprises a closed type housing (20) comprising a box having a specified space necessary for breeding an animal in its inside and a lead cover (3) detachably attached to the box in a sealed state; a water box (5) that is detachably attached with a first nozzle in a sealed state through the lead cover; a feed box (4) that is detachably attached with a second nozzle having a plurality of feed discharge holes in a sealed state through the lead cover; a binding device for supporting the first and second nozzle of the water box and feed box in a sealed state; and an air circulation structure.
