PURPOSE: An agency method and device of information using a question and answer service are provided to rapidly collect information by enabling an information purchaser to select an appropriate answer, and by transmitting declared amounts to an information seller who gives the answer after the information purchaser registers a question and a fair price on a billboard, and the information seller gives an answer. CONSTITUTION: An information purchaser(100) registers a question on a question and answer billboard of an information transaction center(110). The information purchaser(100) deposits the price for the question using a payment measure. Information sellers(120a¯120n) read the question, and give an appropriate answer. The information purchaser(100) reads the answer which the information sellers(120a¯120n) give, and selects an appropriate answer. The information transaction center(110) pays the information seller for the price for the answer.
