PURPOSE: A session management in interactive multi media application development system, device for managing component and a method thereof are provided to offer a multiple user by supporting a multiple session and making an extension from a specific session to a plurality of sub sessions possible in managing a session. CONSTITUTION: A session and component managing device(12) comprises a conference management unit(21) for managing a sub session function being added in a session service managing function, a component management unit(23) for managing a component property changing and dynamic managing functions being added in component service managing function and a component pool(22) providing a session and component information receiving from the conference management unit(21) and the component management unit(23) to a user and transmitting a command with respect to a session and a component receiving from a user to the conference management unit(21) and the component management unit(23). An audio, a video, a white board or a messenger is used as a media component(16). A transmission managing unit(13) manages each session and offers various transmission protocol when the session and component managing device(12) and the media component(16) communicate with the remote place. An entire session managing unit(17) manages a session connected thereto. A canvas application unit(11) generates an event to the session and component managing device(12). A media component(16) receives a media resource from an operating system(18), and needed data are achieved through the operating system(18) by a media device(19).
