PURPOSE: A device and a method for laser welding and a spacer are provided to exactly weld an internal joint of a metal bellows and to reduce a production cost of the bellows. CONSTITUTION: A first clamp(22) and a second clamp(26) have fixing faces near openings. The first and the second clamps are relatively moved to fix a first metal bellows diaphragm(14a) and a second metal bellows diaphragm(14b) between the fixing faces. Internal openings of the bellows diaphragms(14a,14b) are arranged with the opening of the first clamp. A laser(38) generates laser beams and a laser guiding device is contained. Welded portions of the first and the second metal bellows diaphragms(14a,14b) are exposed to easily weld through laser beams by forming the opening of the first clamp and a groove of the second clamp. A rotational driving device moves the first and the second clamp and the laser guiding device relatively to weld a joint between the first and the second bellows diaphragms. A non-metallic spacer(30) is stuck between the bellows diaphragms.
