VENT DEVICE OF VENT BAG FILTER FOR VENTING PCI FEED TANK AND VENT METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A vent device of a vent bag filter for venting a PCI feed tank is provided, which can use extra filters of main dust collectors and a raw material collector if the vent filter is in over load and out of orde, thereby preventing any air pollution caused by penetration of dust through the vent bag filter. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a reservoir (10) for storing pulverized coal; (ii) three feed tanks (11a,11b,11c) for feeding pulverized coal from the reservoir (10) to blast furnace; (iii) a vent bag filter (13) for filtering pulverized coal residue blown from the feed tanks (11a,11b,11c) with nitrogen to empty the tank; (iv) four main dust collectors (20a,20b,20c,20d) and a raw material collector (32) for collecting coal dust from the reservoir (10) and the vent bag filter (13), wherein if the vent bag filter (13) is in over load, the balance is fed to the main dust collectors (20a,20b,20c,20d) and the raw material collector (32) for venting the feed tanks(11a,11b,11c); and (v) a process computer (26) and a program logic controller(PLC) (25) for checking pressure difference of the vent bagb filter (13) and keeping it at 120mmAQ and for setting control valves to flow the excess dust to other filters.
