PREPARING METHOD OF CONSTITUTION CONTAINING CELLULOSE AND NMMO, AND PREPARING METHOD OF CELLULOSE FIBER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A process for preparing a solution containing cellulose and N-methylmorpholine(NMMO) by dissolving cellulose using highly concentrated NMMO having a moisture content of less than 10% by weight is provided, thereby manufacturing time is reduced without necessity of pressure production processes and the titled solution having uniform quality and high solubility is produced. CONSTITUTION: This solution containing cellulose and NMMO is prepared by the following procedures: preparing cellulose paste by mixing powder cellulose having a size of less than 0.5cm and 90 to 96% N-methylmorpholine aqueous solution at from ordinary temperature to 50 deg.C and agitating; and liquefying by heating the cellulose paste at 60 to 100deg.C, wherein 5 to 17% by weight of cellulose is introduced based on the N-methylmorpholine aqueous solution in the process of cellulose paste.
