PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cultivating mushroom by making hatchery wastes into a number-increasing agent for mushroom, and then mixing with existing mushroom medium, thereby, the ingredients of egg shell, albumen, york, chicken flesh, and bone have good effects on the nutritions increase of mushroom. CONSTITUTION: The method for cultivating mushroom by using hatchery wastes is composed of the following steps of: (i) a first step to natural-dry or artificial-dry hatchery by-products such as the shell, albumen, york of waste egg, and the flesh and bone of waste chicken; (ii) a second step to pulverize the dried materials, and make into a number-increasing agent for mushroom; and (iii) a third step to add the prepared agent 2-30% to existing medium like saw dust, rice bran or straw when inoculating spawn.
