PURPOSE: A ground line indicating instrument is provided to semipermanently form a line on the ground, and to prevent the injury of a player by using a waste tire for a rubber support and by reclaiming both sides of an artificial grass part and the rubber support under the ground without using a nail. CONSTITUTION: A long artificial grass plate is prepared with a rubber support(20) having a long plane side. The artificial grass plate is attached to the plane side of the rubber support(20) and some parts of both sides . An upper part of an artificial grass part(11), attached to the artificial grass plate and the plane part of the rubber support(20), is protruded and exposed to the ground for forming a line indication as a differentiated state from the ground. The both sides of the artificial grass and the rubber support(20) are reclaimed into the ground. The rubber support(20) gets a fixing effect by pressurizing the upper part with walking pressure.
