PURPOSE: The method for the payment in the oil e-business is provided to promote the stability of the business by paying consignment guarantee money, to set a limit of order according to credit or charge limit, and to pay back the consignment guarantee money and payment to a user when the deal is arranged. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser transfers a bidding order sheet to the oil deal relay server(S101). The oil deal relay server permits and establishes the limit of a residual transaction after referring to the credit evaluation state of the purchaser(S110). The oil deal relay server stores the relevant order information to an order DB(S120). The oil deal relay server requests the consignment guarantee money to the purchaser or the seller for the security of the business(S130). If the purchaser or the seller cancels the business(S140), the oil deal relay server returns the consignment guarantee money(S150). If changing the underwriting information, the purchaser or the seller reforms the underwriting information(S160). The seller asks for a deposit, and then distributes the oil after checking the deposit. The oil is sent after the purchaser pays to an account of the seller and the payment is completely settled(S200).
