METHOD FOR BUILDING DATA-BASE OF WEB AND METHOD FOR OFFERING INTERNET SERVICE

PURPOSE: A web database construction and a service method over the internet are provided to offer a series of continuous database services, support various languages on the same data, offer specific forms to perform an internet transaction, and offer a service to form an impartial public opinion. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a controller detecting if a signal requesting a movement to a specific area is received(310), the controller detecting if the movement area is within a server in the case that a signal requesting a movement to a specific area is received(312), the controller making an internet access module access an external server and finishing the corresponding routine in the case that the movement area is out of the server(314), the controller reading the corresponding data from the database by controlling a disk controller in the case that the movement area is within the server(316), the controller notifying a directory selection of a directory area and transmitting the contents to a user(318), the controller detecting if the signal is for requesting a record of data, the controller recording the data at a corresponding area in the case that the signal is for requesting a record of data, and the controller transmitting an error message to the user.
