Granular Pile Construction Apparatus with Low Vibration and Low Noise for Soft Ground Improvement

PURPOSE: An apparatus to construct a granular pile is provided to improve a poor ground with low noise and vibration by constructing without a vibration hammer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprise an auger(11), a casing(12), a hopper(13), a cylinder device(14), and a rope. The auger is inserted into a poor ground by a motor during rotating in the right direction and lifted toward the surface of the earth during rotating in the reverse direction. The casing is placed in the inside of the auger and compacts sand or crushed stone with the dead weight. The hopper is united with the casing, receives the sand and crushed stone, and supplies to the casing. The rope supports a granular pile construction apparatus to the main body of a crane through the upper part of the crane.
