SYSTEM FOR OFFERING FACILITY IN SEASIDE RESORT AND AMUSEMENT FACILITY

PURPOSE: A facility system is provided to enable a user to use a prepaid tag as a payment tool, an electronic key or a child identification tag in the seaside resort and the amusement facility. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a local banking organization(100), branch offices of the local banking organization(110), member stores(120), police boxes(130), relief squads(150), prepaid tags(150), and ATMs(160). The branch offices of the local banking organization(110) mange depositing and drawing of cash, and enable a user to establish a fixed amount account. The member stores(120) enable the user to buy commodities or receive service with the prepaid tag(150). The prepaid tags(150) store a prepaid amount, a social security number, a balance amount, and a phone number at an embedded IC chip. The ATMs enable the user to read the usage amount and transaction specifications, and to request drawing of money at the local banking organization(100) over a wired or a wireless network.
