摘要
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sintered alloy is provided in which titanium carbides are dispersed in a middle to large type steel matrix having a constant composition per position and fine structure of a sintered compact, and a method is provided for manufacturing a cylindrical sintering alloy which has a constant composition per position and fine structure, and easily manufactures a product having a hole at the center by minimizing the processing amount. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a sintered alloy in which titanium carbide is dispersed in steel matrix by canning-hot isostatic pressing comprises the steps of charging composite powder consisting of main constituents of steel and titanium carbide (TiC) into a metallic can having 25mm or more of internal diameter or one side length the bottom surface of which is closed, or between two cylindrical metallic tubes having different inner diameters; sealing the pipe for degassing and welding the pipe after degassing at a temperature of 120 to 1200 deg.C for more than 10 minutes by closing the metallic can or cylindrical metallic tube with a steel lid to which a pipe for degassing is attached and sealing welding the other area except the degassing pipe line; hot isostatic pressing at a temperature of 1250 to 1400 deg.C under the inert gas pressure of 500 atmospheric pressures or more for 20 minutes to 10 hours; and manufacturing a sintered compact having a circular, rectangular or cylindrical shape by removing the can area.
