PURPOSE: A round parking lot, a round three dimensional parking lot and a three dimensional parking lot having a rotating lift are provided to effectively use the land. CONSTITUTION: In a round parking lot, vehicles(3) are radially parked in a parking zone(5) in accordance with the time position of a clock. The distance between tail portions of the neighboring vehicles is defined in 20-60cm. A vehicle enters a rotating lift(4). An outer frame structure rotates, and a cage is lifted up when the frame structure rotates. The vehicle is stopped at a specific position and parked in the parking zone. As the parking lot is constructed round, an entrance(2) is installed without regard to the shape of the land or the position of a road.
