FABRIC FOR THE FORMATION OF GARMENT PIECES AND METHOD FOR MAKING GARMENTS THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A process of producing clothes by using knitted fabric piece goods for the formation of garment sections is provided. The piece goods has a number of pattern zones corresponding to garment sections, each patterned zone has at least two different patterns and the garment sections are linked together by filling zones. Therefore, the garment sections can be produced more conveniently and economically. CONSTITUTION: The knitted fabric piece goods has a number of pattern zones which make up the shapes of garment sections. The patterned zones are repeated along and/or across the fabric length. The patterns differ in the laying of the ground yarns in the material and the laying of the patterning yarns. The patterns also have different yarn densities and use different yarn materials. Fusible yarns are at the edges of the pattern zones, together with reinforcement yarns, so that the patterned zones can be separated from the fabric.
