PURPOSE: To provide an electric part equipped with a magnet, formed into an excellent reflow compatible type in consideration of thermal insulation to the magnet, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electric machine therewith, with a thin terminal easy to reflow solder and a yoke having thickness to some extent for ensuring a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION: This small-sized electric part is provided with a yoke 2 cut out of a first lead frame f1 formed out of magnetic material, at least one terminal 3 which is cut out of a second lead frame f2 having corrosion resistance and easy solderbility and thinner than the first lead frame and is disposed so that at least one terminal may be insulated from the yoke, a base 4 which is formed out of soldering resistant resin integrally-molded so that at least part of the yoke and the terminal may be insulated from each other and the separated part of the yoke may not protrude outward when viewed from the top, and an annular magnet 1 disposed at the yoke.
